Once your jewelry has been paid in full, your package will be shipped out of store within 2-3 days. California should expect shipping within 3 -4 days of order, some items may take longer depending on the item.Once your order has been shipped to you, you will receive a tracking # with your order and you will be emailed informing you that the order has been shipped.
Return 7 days return on non-worn jewelry with box. It must be returned as it was received. Defected items will be worked out between customer and Shahi Jewelry as each circumstance needs to be individually rectified. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are:
Monday to Saturday, 10AM - 6PM. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and exchanges
We accept exchanges up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition and unused, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the exchange.
We do not offer free shipping on exchanges.
