OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can exchange your item at store for up to 3 days after purchase (date shipped for online orders). Please note: We can handle a return at Shahijewelry.com but exchanges must be done at one of our stores.
 

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, You are responsible for the Shipping Label and the Package must be Fully INSURED. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges are Not Allowed on Special Orders, Custom Designs, Gift Cards* and Merchandise Received via the Jewelry Replacement Plan. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

PREPARING YOUR RETURN BY MAIL

To return a shipped item to Shahijewelry.com, please follow these steps:
 

  1. Box your item up securely, in the original packaging if possible, Accompanied by the Return Authorization Received from Shahi Jewelry.
  2. Your packing slip and all original documents MUST accompany your return. Let us know your reason for return on the packing slip—we're always looking for ways to do it better!
  3. Take your Package to Fed-EX or UPS, or USPS and make Sure to INSURE the Package for the Full Value of the Item or Items being returned. You are Responsible for the Shipping Charges and Safe Arrival of the Package.  You must also Scan and Email the Shipping Tracking Number and Proof of Insurance to us at shahijewelryonline@gmail.com.
  4. Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Our Quality Assurance team will inspect your shipment before we can process a refund. If everything looks good, we will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within 10 days of receiving your Item.

Please note: shahijewelry.com isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
