Shipping policy

For free shipping, we use USPS as our official partner for U.S. domestic shipping. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for handling  or  3-4 weeks on certain items. You will be sent a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

We do not accept returns - only exchanges. You can exchange your jewelry for up to 3 days until after you've officially received your order for equal or higher value.You are responsible for shipping fees for exchanges.
